Supporting Mental Wellness at Brock University

The university experience can be a stressful time in a young person’s life. Coping with the stress of your academic career and personal life can leave students struggling with depression. If you are experiencing any problems relating to your mental wellness, it’s important to know you are not alone. There are thousands of students in Canada and across the globe that are trying to learn how to adapt, participate, and succeed in university. 

Brock University’s Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre provides support for students through 3 different services: Student Accessibility Service, Personal Counselling Services, and Student Health Services. Brock University’s Mental Health and Wellness website  provides detailed information about signs of mental health issues, on-campus resources, and ways friends and family can support loved ones struggling with mental health. 

The doors at the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre are always open to listen and help Brock University students maintain and improve their well-being.
